Dear École Arthur Pechey School Families,
Our School Community Council (SCC) is excited to launch our Co-op Gift Card Fundraiser on Monday, September 21.
Funds raised will support our goal of continuing to build an engaging outdoor space for our older students. We hope to raise $50,000 toward an additional piece of playground equipment for students in Grades 5–8.
Here is what you need to know:
● Fundraiser Dates: September 21–28
● Gift Cards: Co-op gift cards are available in denominations of $25, $50, and $100. They can be used at Co-op locations across Canada for groceries, gas, or liquor. We encourage families to reach out to friends and relatives who may be interested in supporting our school.
● Order Forms: Please record each purchaser’s name and phone number, the number and denomination of gift cards ordered, and the total amount paid.
● Deadline: Completed order forms and all money must be returned to the school by Monday, September 28.
Prizes
● Classroom Pizza Parties: The top-selling K–4 classroom and the top-selling Grades 5–8 classroom will each win a pizza party!
● $1,000 Sales Bonus: Anyone who sells more than $1,000 in gift cards will receive a $10 canteen gift card.
Thank you for supporting our SCC and helping us improve our playground for the entire school community. We also sincerely appreciate everyone who supported last year’s fundraising efforts. Your generosity helped us purchase new equipment for our K–4 playground, giving our younger students an exciting place to play, explore, and connect.
Sincerely,
École Arthur Pechey Public School SCC
